All Good. Despite a few things I did not like, I will still come back. Love Mercure Hotels.
I got positively surprised where I got welcomed by a lovely receptionist upon my arrival. She was extremely helpful surprised me with a room upgrade. Kodos to her. My room was super spacious although very outdated. Maybe the help of a designer to match the interior of the room would do the trick. But it was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was in typical Mercure Style with a big selection. Always enjoy Mercure breakfasts !
The receptionists on the following day and departure day were the complete opposite of the lovely lady on the arrival day. There was no passion or even a hello or acknowledgement of my presence. Very short communication. I did not need my room cleaned on the second day due to late arrival the previous day. TWO employees within 30 minutes were knocking at the door to confirm rather annoyed that while I was trying to have a nap. Seriously ?
