What was the highlight of Mercure Tours Centre Gare et Congrès
Good
Standard hotel, easy to park, breakfast was certainly OK. Rooms were a little bit strange in shape but we were there for only one night and slept well.
The environment of the hotel is not the most pleasant one at night - walking back to the hotel after dinner felt a bit desolated. I would not stay here more than 2 nights.

Really good value for a family stop over
Friendly staff. Excellent family room with lots of space and interconnecting doors which was so useful with 3 children. Good air con.
Breakfast was ok but not that fresh or good quality.

Very Good
Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean, big and as shown on website. The free car parking is available only if we come back hotel early. Otherwise, we need to park underground with 11 EUR. It was ok but a bit inconvenient.
One electrical socket in the room was not working well and made the room out of power in the first night. The staff came up and just switch on the circuit breaker but it was happened again after 5 mins and we found that the socket not good. After drew it out and turn on the circuit breaker myself, it was ok. I think it need a better maintenance.
